You can have this for 20 bucks, but know that is a far cry , it doesn't even come close to a real Cavalli designed item.
Don't get me wrong, this is gorgeous and all, but still - it has all the hallmarks of a cheap and cheap - designed for mass market.
Straps are adjustable, and it's fully lined
Can be worn with leggings, as a long tunic, or with bare legs, as a dress
