Great things come in small packages but
it's not how big they are,
it's what they can save you.
If you decide ( for any reason ) they're not for you
just send them back within 30 days for a full refund.
We will even pay your return postage.
The only risk you can take is NOT using these.

Now.......can you see ‘inside’ your walls ?
Neither can your pest man and he says so
in the last termite inspection report he gave you.
Most reports contain clauses like this:
"...no visible evidence of termite activity or
damage was found. .....The inspection did not
include breaking apart, dismantling, removing or
moving objects including, but not limited to, foliage,
mouldings, roof insulation, sisalation, floor or wall
coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furnishings,
appliances or personal possessions.
The inspector CANNOT see inside walls......"
( Yes this last line was really in an actual report )

Please don't blame the professionals.
99.99% are honest hard working people but they don't
have x-ray vision and are up against a creature with
20 million years of genetic experience at 'hiding'.
Normal inspections are 'visual' only so 'hidden' termite
activity too often remains undetected for years.
You can always opt for what is called an 'invasive'
inspection during which your home can be extensively
damaged with you paying the repair bill on top of the
inspection charge. In exchange for thousands of dollars
you will just get a report with 'less' waivers.

Where does that leave you ?
'Hidden' termite activity ( that your inspector can’t see )
can remain undetected an average of 4 years.
It makes sense to discover deep activity earlier
and save many thousands in repairs.

This listing is for 20 x TDAKS® Termite Windows.
Easy to follow instructions supplied.
Use them inside your home or as part of your own
in ground baiting system for use outside.
No termite killing bait is included.
It must be purchased and applied later.
The HDTI system is all Australian.
( High Definition Termite Indication )
Each window measures approximately 15mm x 10mm
* Easy one off installation.
* Periodic inspection by just 'looking' at them.
If the window is white then no termites are present.
* Can last for decades.
* The installation process itself can reveal hidden activity.
* Will NOT affect the structural integrity when installed in
wall frame base plates ( or other non-load bearing areas ).
* Great talking points when guests ask about them.

How do they work ?
Basically the termites’ own natural behaviour will
be their undoing.
Hidden termites happily munching away will enter
a hole which has been capped with our window.
They will begin to create a material called ‘carton’
to fill the hole, maintaining their humidity level.
When they encounter the white edible disc they
will either eat it or stain it during the carton making.
If you see what looks like mud or deep staining then
it’s action time. You can call in a pro ( recommended )
or attempt a diy treatment yourself.

If you just had a chemical barrier installed around
your home there is a good reason it won’t come
with a 100% guarantee against future termite damage.

It’s best to let a termite explain why.
“Hi there”
It’s about time you heard my side of the story.
Firstly I apologise for eating your home but it’s
a matter of your financial loss or our survival.
It had been a few weeks since we discovered the
untold riches in food hidden in your walls.
We started doing what we termites do and
that’s taking food by the belly full to our outside
colony and coming back for more. One day there
was awful earth quake and our path became blocked.
I now know it was the pest man digging a trench.
With rescue not possible ( we don’t do rescue ) and no
water from the outside we were all starting to feel a
bit doomed.
Then some good news.
A scout discovered a water source inside your home.
And then some even better news.
Throughout our lives we shed our skin ( moult )
and renew ourselves. It’s in our nature.
When isolated from the main colony some of us can
and emerge as male and female reproductives.
We were now able to start growing our population
to set up a new colony developing inside your wall.
Thanks for all the water and food.
Hope you don’t catch us.
Bye for now. "

Common misconceptions.
Thinking normal home insurance will cover termite damage.
It won't.
Those Timber Replacement Warranties have so many exclusions and
expensive conditions that they're barely worth the paper they are printed on.
Thinking a concrete slab will stop them.
It won't.
For decades now slabs haven't fully cured before being built on. Fine cracks can develop internally allowing termites to enter completely unseen.
Thinking that termite 'Resistant' timber framing
won't be attacked.
It will.
Effective arsenic based treatments, making timber termite 'proof', were banned years ago.

100% Australian designed and manufactured.

If anyone ever claims that their product can replace regular inspections then they are fibbing.
My windows are intended for use as an adjunct to termite barriers, in ground baits and professional inspections and not intended as a replacement for same.
